How this works.

The thirteen questions above are the same Commercialization GTM survey our practice uses as a first working instrument — the wording is identical, imported from the same source, not a copy. Each scoreable answer maps to 0, 1, or 2 points through a fixed scoring table, for a total between 0 and 26.

Totals of 0–9 land in the Foundation band, 10–18 in Traction, and 19–26 in Scale. The bands describe the pattern of open go-to-market decisions your answers suggest — they do not measure your company's quality or prospects. Everything is computed in your browser; no account is required and no answers are stored.

Frequently Asked Questions.

What does the GTM readiness score measure?

It scores your answers to thirteen questions about product stage, buyer clarity, pricing, sales motion, and traction — the same areas an education go-to-market review covers. Each answer maps to zero, one, or two points, and the 0–26 total places you in one of three bands.

Is my data stored when I use this tool?

No. The score is computed in your browser and nothing you enter is stored unless you choose to submit the conversation form at the end of the page.

Is this the same as an EGV commercialization assessment?

No. It uses the same question set as a starting instrument, but the score reflects only your self-reported answers. A working assessment involves market context, evidence, and judgment a self-assessment cannot capture.
